Our hogs spend their entire lives outdoors — from the farrowing pens to acres of open pasture — living the way pigs were intended to live. Heritage breeds are naturally a bit fattier, which means their meat is exceptionally tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Thanks to that natural marbling, heritage pork is forgiving in the kitchen — it’s harder to overcook and always delivers a delicious, memorable meal.
